Tideline Productions offers 2 presentation mediums for all artwork; Stretched canvas and Paper. For more details on these including sizes, please see the Artwork products page
Corporate buyers
We welcome corporate buyer inquiries and request that you contact us directly for quotations and proposals.
Dispatch and delivery.
We will do our darndest to dispatch all orders withing 28 working days, although most orders will be processed much sooner. Some artworks maybe produced 'to order' and thus take longer to supply.
Please remember we offer a personalised art service and provide quality products that are not simply pulled off a shelf.
Orders.
Artworks may be purchased directly online, using Paypal. For those who prefer traditional methods, we accept cheques with an order form sent to our PO box address. We suggest that you go to our orders page and click the 
(print) button at the bottom to get a good print version. For written orders, please print clearly in spaces provided.
For written orders, you must make payments by cheque only and make payable to DOUGLAS MAXWELL.
- All prices for artwork is displayed in pounds (£) Sterling.
- International conversion rates will be calculated and fixed at time of order.
- We accept Paypal payments and all major credit cards supported through Paypal.
- No changes to the agreed order price will be accepted due to lateness of dispatch or delivery
- Artwork will be prepared on confirmation and receipt of payment or bank transaction.
Delivery of products

- All artworks will be dispatched in quality protective packaging suitable for the delivery method.
- In case of delivery failure or damage of goods we will endeavour to help, but your claim will be with the delivery contractor.
- United Kingdom deliveries will be sent recorded delivery, or signature required to ensure your satisfaction of received goods.
Product guarantee
- Website images are subject to minor distorsions and colour inaccuracies due to different screen rendering processes. Final artworks use high quality Giclee printing and will provide a more accurate colour rendition. Any differences shall be deemed acceptable.
- Only artwork that does not meet product description or the agreed order will be subject to replacement or refund.
Not a paypal member or registered user? No problem, registration is free and straightforward. You will be asked to enter your personal details through a secure Paypal transaction site.
